Automation with AWS icon The Utoolity team is pleased to present Automation with AWS 1.2 – this release adds a Bamboo task to run remote actions with AWS from Bamboo jobs in build and deployment projects, and adds utility functions to ease JSON escaping, URL encoding, and Base64 encoding. You can now use the Automate with AWS task with all available AWS actions, and you can compose action payloads with utility functions.

Tasks for AWS icon The Utoolity team is pleased to present Tasks for AWS 2.14 – this release adds support for providing task configuration as code via URLs, adds support for sharing objects via pre-signed URLs in Amazon S3, adds support for Custom Platforms in AWS Elastic Beanstalk, and adds support for the Python 3.6 runtime in AWS Lambda. You can now inject task configuration for JSON and YAML parameters via URLs to provide configuration as code, generate a pre-signed S3 URL to temporarily share private S3 objects with subsequent build steps, use your own custom Elastic Beanstalk platform created with HashiCorp's Packer, and create an AWS Lambda Function with the Python 3.6 runtime.

Tasks for AWS icon The Utoolity team is pleased to present Tasks for AWS 2.13 – this release adds optional AWS security credentials validation at configuration time, adds explicit handling of the non standard AWS partitions AWS China and AWS GovCloud (US), adds support for the Node.js 6.10 runtime in AWS Lambda, and adds support for the Packer der in AWS Elastic Beanstalk. You can now ensure that provided AWS security credentials are valid, enable non standard AWS partitions as a Labs Feature, create an AWS Lambda Function with the Node.js 6.10 runtime, and create your own custom Elastic Beanstalk platform with HashiCorp's Packer.

Identity Federation for AWS 2.7

Identity Federation for AWS icon The Utoolity team is pleased to present Identity Federation for AWS 2.7 – this release continues our journey towards increased usability and easier onboarding. It adds explicit handling of the non standard AWS partitions AWS China and AWS GovCloud (US), and updates the provided CloudFormation templates to ease provisioning of AWS resources. You can now opt in to and out of non standard AWS partitions, and you can provision AWS resources with CloudFormation templates using improvements like YAML format and simplified string substitution.

Tasks for AWS icon The Utoolity team is pleased to present Tasks for AWS 2.12 – this release adds a new task to deploy and operate AWS Step Functions state machines to enable coordination of components of distributed applications and microservices using visual workflows, adds support for Amazon EC2 Container Service (ECS) placement policies, and adds support for AWS Elastic Beanstalk application lifecycle management. You can now create/start/stop/delete AWS Step Functions state machines, specify placement policies when registering Amazon ECS Task Definitions, creating Amazon ECS Services, and running Amazon ECS Tasks, and specify application lifecycle policies when creating an AWS Elastic Beanstalk Application.
